On my truck,, 03 dodge,, I pulled off the edge (which I havent used in over a year, but it just stayed on there (expensive guages) but it was still doing boost fooling for me wasnt it? Or, with all the other mods I have is that an issue any more... I have a feeling I am going to smack myself in the head when I get the answer back... I am running a smarty and a dr performance now

I don't know about the Dr.p but when I took my edge off, for the smarty, I would throw overboost codes at 42psi. I had the mp-8 at the time, but it didn't seem to fix it. Some people say the mp-8 boost fools, and some don't. I got a boost fooler from Quad, and that fixed my problems. I have seen 80psi out of my twins with no problems, except for those two head gaskets....:doh:
 
LOL,, I guess it is a boost fooler in my future,, I should have thought about that before,,,
 
My MP8 DOES boost fool, I would think your Dr P would be similar, but even if it isnt you can get a quad boost fooler for next to nothin.
 
The Dr p box will work for boost fooling. I did not have to run a Boostfooler When I ran the dr p box.
 
perfect,, I guess I will find out,, once I get the turbo situation figured out!!
 
well for the like 50 bucks i bought a quad boost fooler just to have it if my tst acts up like last time i was at the track
