ok i know i will be*bdh* but i did a search and couldnt find my answer i have a 03 dodge 3500 ctd 6spd with 285 bf mt and a diablo predator intake and 5 inch stacks what gear should i pull in i just dont want to go out and waste 30 dollars because i choose the wrong gear and 3.73 in the rear if that helps :thankyou2:

If you have a factory clutch you probably won't want to go over 2nd low. You could try third, but with the power you have and the grip those M/Ts have it might slip the clutch real easy._Nicholas

oh sorry i forgot to add that i have a valair FE clutch rated for 550hp/1100tq so i should be ok with 3rd low????

You might as well sell that Valair before you smoke it...

Get a pulling clutch.

3rd low...it might hold 4th lo a couple times before its toast.

When people ask me if you can pull with a single disk clutch.

I say. Sure! Once then you need more clutch!:kick:

I would hold off until I had a clutch fit for the task.
