We've got a 241 DHD out of an 01 auto that only needs chain, shift fork, and shift fork collar.... I'll make you a good deal.

What's wrong with the one you already have? Unless it is really destroyed the parts to fix what you have likely won't be that expensive.

470k on mine,never had a problem with it yet....maybe just wait till you need one?
 
You might want to check the chain to see if it has stretched other than that you should be good to go.
