Well after alot of thought and playing with my other toys i think im going to pretty much leave my truck alone from here on out. Its a good daily and pulling truck that makes enough power to pull most Fbodies and stangs out there. This will give me alot more time to mess with the Cobra and my turbo GSXR. Hell i might even take the nitrous kit off the truck.
 
Your just saying that cuz it's winter, and no one else wants to play yet...

Wait till the summer fuel comes back:evil
 
Nah thats whats got me messing around with the Cobra and bike again. Nice weather, tracks are starting to hook better, etc....With my truck i get exited about 8 sec 1/8th mile passes, with my car im upset if im not in the low 6's, with the bike and the new setup ill be mad if i dont go mid 5's. Either way i love the truck and will probably be trying to turn it more into a daily. Like taking both 10 lb nitrous bottles out of the cab lol.
 
Always glad to see another 6.0 liter dropping out.LOL Diesel racing will never drop out of ur blood.

Well diesel racing has never been huge on my to do list. Compared to a 9 sec car and an 8 sec bike its pretty boring. But yeah i plan on doing some cool interior pieces, otherwise im pretty much done. Especially performance wise.
 
If you think it's boring...go ride in a 10 second diesel...you'll sell the car and the bike.
When a gasser hits 4th it falls off...when a 10 second diesel hit's 4th and full lock-up....it feels like you just got rear ended. NOTHING pulls like these things do.
BTW...my fastest gasser pass ever is an 8.63 1/4....I know what it feels like.

lol ive got at least 2 full kits laying around here, ill be keeping all my nitrous stuff. I always seem to use it on something. hmmmmmm big shot solenoids on a GSXR1000 should be fun.
 
yah, luckily this round of mods (the basic chip/guages/extra crap..lol) is comming out of my bonus, so not robbing peter to pay paul yet -- but from the smile on my face from just a chip... yah -- prolly gonna be more (thank God the wife isn't on CompD! LOL)
 
Well im probably trading my truck to a friend of mine for his CTS-V. Its been great but im ready for something else.
