id turbo & will it work with twins

I have a line on a good used turbo that I thought might work with my twins project. let me know what you all think.

Here are the numbers & stuff on the turbo.

Garret wategated

AR 1.28 on ex hsg
10 fins on ex wheel
m3 cast into ex hsg
2017-11 cast int ex hsg

AR 0.60 on comp hsg
7844-17 cast into comp hsg
m-24 cast into comp hsg
12 fins on comp wheel

detroit p/n 23528065
s/n fhm44503


so my plan was to run a s475 with t6 1.32AR 96mm comp wheel, this is what engineered diesel recomended. How does this garret compare, to big, to small? This turbo would go under my 62 65 13ss.
 
a k-31 is a 71 mm inducer wheel and a s475 is a 75mm inducer wheel, a 62 or would be better as the secondary turbo with the k-31 and the 62 or 64 would be better for the s475. but if you want spool up the 62/k31 combo would be faster then the 62/s475 combo but would top out faster
 
It says on the industrial injection site the 71mm k31 is a hybrid. Will a regular K31 off a semi like I am looking at have the 71mm inducer?
