I have a Industrail Injection 2.8 Billet K31 Turbo for sale. It has a T4 exhaust housing on it and a 1.10 AR. It has 25 runs on the turbo. I would like to get 1500.00 out of the turbo. Thanks Scott Have any question feel free to call anytime thanks. Cell is 815-499-6336
 
how hard would it be to lite that thing? could i get it with a .8 ar housing or something like that?
 
smokin it would be good for a twin setup with a 62 (auto) or 64 (stick)
 
Columbus was selling a 2.8 k31 with a t3 bolt up foot, can't remember if it was .7 or .8, at the TS event last week. For competition this t4 k31 would be better suited IMO. For lower HP, street use, go with the restrictive t3 and small turbine wheel.
 
what i had in mind was something like a 70/73/14 with t3 foot and wastegated. It will be driven on the street as well so i dont need it to be a lag pig. I dont mind the lag and i dont hardly ever pull so as long as i can drive it around town that would be ok
 
I know a few chicks with loose enuff converters to light it takes a few sec's but.........:hehe:

My truck was an auto. I had no problem lighting the charger but i had a loose converter. the turbo is in great shape
 
When you guys talk about having a loose converter how loose are you talking about? I may have to change to converter in my 01' 4X4 as it has 4:10 gears but 35" tires and a DTT 91 converter.

On my 98' I have 3:54 gears with 265 tires (32" tall) and with my DTT 91 converter breaking at 1800 RPM I'm at say 15 psi and the tires are beginning to turn over.....my truck is at 600 HP on #2!

When you say lighting it? Were you able to light it at the line against the brakes?

Oh yea and if I had some slicks then it would eat hard if you nailed it from that point! I can do it and keep it in a two lane but it is ugly and you have to drive like a mad man and feather it to a point.

If you guys want to see how the turbo reacted on my truck, you can go to Youtube and type Scott Fulrath in. I think i have three or so pulls on it. I could get the turbo lit on the line.
 
well the convertor they put in my hts trans is a 91%. you guys would know better than i would on how my truck would lite it?
