I have an 03 with a stocker/s475 compound kit. my stocker is leaking oil like crazy and not producing boost, do you know if this will be a direct bolt replacement with no modification?

It will bolt right up but the only thing that's different is the exhaust housing flange. The stock turbo has a larger v band flange than the phatshaft. The phatshaft is a 4" v band flange and stock is about 4 3/8"
