I ran this turbo for about 65k miles on my 2004. There are not any issues with it. I just wanted to try something different. It has the HX40 exhaust flange. I may have the adapter for the 04.5 and newer trucks (assuming I can find it :) )

I'm not really interested in trading for anything. I already have another turbo on the truck and at the moment don't have my eye on any upgrades :)
 
How's the play? What kind of fuel did you have while running this? how did it spool

I only ever ran it with just a smarty. I was happy with it and it drove and spooled pretty well. With a set of injectors I would imagine it would pull a lot harder.

It has very, very minimal, what I would say is normal, play for any turbo with 65k miles.
