injector recoding

Can the complete injector be recoded through an efi file change by a tuner or is this starscan specific?

Pretty sure my Snao On Verus does recoding on injectors I do not believe EFI Live has that ability.

Why would you need to recode injectors? Only if the ECM detects it in the first place?
