injector seal washer

Does anyone know what the proper cooper washer thickness is that goes on bottom of injector? Had injectors upgraded and I do not have old washers but these look thin. Also bag the washers are in says 'thin'. They mic .025. MY truck is a 05. Thank you.

They come in different thicknesses. Depends on the head/ block casting and the HG thickness. If you dont know then I would run the thicker one. You could also mount one injector with a bad or different nozzle and turn the motor over to see if there is any contact. I always just install them with the thicker washers.

I usually use stock thickness ones if I know the head hasn't been decked severely. Like $2.85/ea at cummins southern plains.

.059-.060 is the factory thickness. That is what I would use on a common rail.
