Injector sizing and tuning

I'm trying to understand what is the benifit to running a 190cc injector "tuned down" (let's say 60% capacity) versus a 165cc (at 90%).

I do understand the cost is much different between the two and potential to use the full potential of the 190's later with additional mods. There has to be other reasons, please give me insight.

best reason is that you can turn them up when you want more fuel..you cant turn 165's up but to 165 max..with 190's you can turn them down to 165's and then when you upgrade turbo's and such..turn the stick up to their full capacity, instead of maxing the 165's out and then needing a bigger set of sticks.
