injector washer thickness effect timing?

what is the effect,if any, of injector washer thickness on timing.

In my opinion, it will not effect timing at all. if you change the pop off pressure of the injector, then that will effect timing. Change of washer thickness is only going to effect how deep it sprays into the bowl.
