Injectors getting weak?

I have a set of stock 215 injectors out of a 96 5 speed truck in my truck right now. They probably have 150-200k + miles on them. The trucks runs good as far as power, but sometimes I think it smokes more than it should under light to medium throttle, and i have noticed a very slight haze of white smoke at times(at night in the light mainly). In the winter when it is first started and the truck is cold, it will black smoke at idle(not sure if this would have anything to do with injectors though). Also, my truck seems to lope plenty. I have seen some 160 pumps do this it seems like, but i wonder if some new injectors would smooth it out a lot? In reverse backing into a parking spot or similar, I can watch my bed rock back and forth from the truck loping. Its not horrible, but it seems like it could be smoother.

Fuel pressure and volume should be good. I have a 100gph carter pushing through a new stock lift pump with a new overflow valve.

I have a set of very low mile New Era 370's that I have been waiting to install. I was planning to put them in when i built my tranny, but if they would make the truck run better all around, i would go ahead and put them in, and slide the plate back some, or put my 181's back in to keep the power about the same with the better driveability.

Any opinions on the matter?

Try running some stanadyne fuel additive through it. It helped my high mileage injectors not to smoke when it's cold.
