installing new pcm after blowing turbo

i blew my auroa 5000 charger for the second time, this time wiped out pcm and wiring to pcm. installed a used pcm and used wiring harness now truck will not start, show ccd on the overhead display, and blinks the mileage, does anyone know if i need to have this used pcm flashed or what problem i may have? thanks any help will be appreciated

Probably need to have it flashed with the correct vin number.

The A5K will blow. We've killed two of them. It just happens sometimes.

He has fixed many ECM/VIN problems for several people..

He may still swing around on occasion.. Might be worth a PM.

Might be a silly question, but did you check the fuses? If the wire harness got toasted, it prolly burned a fuse or two.
