Intake baffling

Is there anyway that I could just replace the pipe that houses the baffeling with a 4 or 5" (or whatever size it is) peice of PVC? I waslooking at it when I took the silencer ring out last night and it looks like a pain to remove and put back together! I guess there were trying to do something like a TAG. Thanks

How's it done? I heard you have to take a saw zaw and cut on the tube pull the dividers out and then rivet it back together. Is there an easier way to go about this? Thanks

I took a pair of tin snips and cut each divider down the center,then twisted them out.

Or just a 5" piece of exhaust tubing. We powder coat it after replacing the baffle to keep it shiny.
