To the guys running a big single, what are you using for a cold air intake? I can't seem to really find anything for 5 1/2 inch only 4 inch and 5.

Here is the one I made for my s400. Same concept applys to a 5.5" intake. I just use exhaust piping and a rubber elbow. The make mandrel exhaust piping up to 6" that I know of, but it's not cheap. I bought a 5" 90° and a 45° bend with a 6"-5" reducer for $130 shipped.

Go to your local big truck parts store, they will have the bends on the shelf.

Check out airflo.com I just ordered a 5.5 to 5 reducer 90* with clamps and a mandrel 45* pipe to go with the 5" flange filter I already have to put my S475 on. Prices are reasonable too and they have nice T-Bolt clamps instead of regular hose clamps ( I think it makes the install look cleaner) and they're less than $2 a piece
