intercooler removal

I have never done it, but I think its pretty straight forward

Not too bad. Remove the cross member on top, and it just unbolts. Getting the crossmemeber in and out is a bit of fun though. Get a really big rubber mallet.

Exactly what Dalpilot said. It really isn't that hard at all, probably took me a half hour to do. If you have an AFE Stage II intake that is enclosed, then add alittle more time to that number and alot of cuss words lol.
