Intermittent Dead Pedal 03

Well I've had a intermittent dead pedal issue for awhile now it was first honestly a issue I had only with the smarty ssr installed and cold weather.. Remove the smarty no issue.. Well its started doing it now wout the smarty but not as bad it's mainly dead from a stop as you get going right as it goes to shift into 2nd no dead pedal at any other point whatsoever and no dtc's.. Im beginning to think apps issue but the no dtc codes and not doing it at various rpms etc has me questioning that even.. Ive tried the appa reset etc no change.. Anyone have the voltage readings and pinout for sensor?
