Looking at buying a 98.5 24v. truck needs new transmission but the worst problem is upon starting the truck the tach worked and nothing else. the cluster was flashing the odometer and a security light was on in the dash. has anyone seen this problem? no codes in ecm but the ecm was reflashed in 99. not sure which one the selling dealer did not know either. other then that the cluster did its usual gauge check and buld check. any help would be appriciated.
