is a bht4c holset turbo any good ?

a friend of mine pulled a turbo off a big truck- holset bht4c ? is it any good? info appreciated .

Should support close to 1,000hp on fuel with the right set up. Ht4c has a few different wheel sizes, smallest being 3.5in I think Yes it is a good charger, not sure why more people dont use them.

I've got no direct experience with them, but I do from the 3b. They are, from what I am told, much like the 3b. Stone axe reliable, good turbo, just they are "old" technology and are slow to spool compared to the air they provide, compared to say an s400/500 turbo of the same lbs/min... yes, bigger than a ht3b.
