Isspro Pacific Coast Diesel Nationals, Portland OR, Aug 20

Moose sorry about the mess on I-405, hope it all turns out for the best, glad you and your lady were not hurt any more than you were.

Thanks to everyone who attended! We had more trucks than last year, and slightly fewer spectators, but served more food! Either people were hungrier or a higher percentage of people came to the BBQ. I think we did very well considering the hottest day of the year, we didn't do any radio ads like last year, and we were up against the Oregon (Hillsboro) Air Show. Despite losing 1st round (Nick Blandow got the best of me with a 0.038 light to my 0.049), I had a great time. Incidentally, the people who were doing the cooking and serving at the BBQ were all ISSPRO senior management.

Sorry to hear about Moose's mishap, please let me know if I can help at all in dealing with it.

Thanks!
Michael Pliska

Sure didn't expect that kind of heat in Portland.

Good event. Everything ran smooth, no oil-downs, and it did get down to a comfortable temp when the sun went down. Well worth the drive...had a great time.

Thanks to ISSPRO for the grub and NHRDA for the event.

Had fun there too.

Nice to meet Subman and Michael.

Hit the dyno and got 413HP and 826TQ in the heat.:woohoo:

The food was good and there were some fast trucks to watch at the drags.

Thanks to everyone for putting on the event.
