On the pump there will be a screw with a wire (or just a hole drilled through it if the wire was already removed). Loosen the nut and turn it til when you blip the throttle it doesn't idle back down as fast as you want. I believe it's clockwise for more fuel but it's been awhile since I've messed with mine. Have a hand on the kill switch in case it runs away.
You can adjust the throttle stops also...take it a couple turns out so the arm travels farther, we only got mine up to 3900 on the dyno without adjusting that but it can turn to 5k safely (apparently).
