J-hooks are typically used with electronic upgrades to allow higher boost pressures on a truck with an auto trans. As far as I know, that is the only way to get more boost out of that turbo.

Save the $60 and go to home depot to get one from the cable and rope section. I paid $3 for mine.

Yeah, go to your Home depot or tractor supply and get a turnbuckle, samething that is pictures in the above post. It cost me $2.66 for it at TSC.

i had to BD hook on my but i took it off and took the wastegate off and took the rod and spun it out (which is a pita to do) and but a wing nut on it so i could adjust it if i want to
