I gotta vacuum actuated Jake Brake that has been disabled since I got the truck. Assuming the factory vacuum pump is in working order, how hard is it to enable one of these? The vacuum lines run towards the back of the motor and havent checked the connection at the pump yet... Ill try get a picture of it up tomorrow.:bang

Exhaust Brake, not Jake Brake, completely different design.

Anyways, what brand brake is it? Might try to call their tech line, get the specs on how it's wired/lined, and go from there.

exhaust brake

BD Torq Lock works and is not connected to exhaust brake. Vacuum lines look in decent shape, but im missin a few hose clamps at the tee... Checkin pedal and injection pump connections, if any, tomarrow.

Check your thread on DTR, I left a copy of the install instructions for you.

The vacuum solenoid is leaking on my motor behind a tangled mess of wires... Previous install gone bad?
