Just Picked up a 06' head

Well i just picked up a 06 head. Planning on putting it on my 02 when i get a chance. In the mean time i am planning on getting it tricked out. First off has anyone figured out the best thing to do with the valve seats??? Also what valves are good to go back with??

yeah i would really like to get my machine shop here to talk to a shop that has dont good work and so they can do with so i am not out $200 each way for shipping.

We are at a point here at the shop we want to keep everything in house Plus i dont like running around the state to get stuff done since we are out here in the middle of no where a good 200miles from anyone that knows a think about diesels.

Is there still a problem with dropping seats in the '05+ heads? I thought that was one of the things that's better about them versus the earlier ones.
