k-31 turbocharger

Whats the measurements on a K-31? I'm not familiar with that model...Is it a big single, good for twins?
 
probably a 2.8 inducer, but what are the specifics on it?
 
if it is a stock k31 I think it has like a 1.25 or larger wastegated turbine section.
 
Air side is 66 by around 93 as best as I can measure it with what I have.Exhaust eyeballs at around 76 to 78 mm with a 20.6 cm wastegated housing with a t6 foot. Turbo is same as new
 
It's the same as new, the guy I got it from ran it for about 20 minutes and couldn't spool it on the street. I thought I was getting a 71 mm turbo but found out differently when I got it. I just wiped the exhaust ports and barely got black on my finger. It just sits beside the computer desk looking at me. I have stored it inside while I have had it.
 
What downpipe would that take? Wonder if I could pull with it as a big single? I have some bigger sticks coming...
 
The exhaust flange is 5.25 in. accross. It's in the northeast Missouri.
