How do u sled pullers like the kennys d-d clutches im looking in to one with the iron discs any good?? the south bends keep ripping chunks outta the pads for me an some pplate trouble

They are awesome, Never had any issues with them. Ran th triple disc in my old truck and still was able to street drive it if I wanted to.

I am running the triple with 3250 plate load and really like it. It was a straight drop in unit and works great.

These days with the harder hitting sled and with the power the 2.6 class and above is getting to be I wouldn't even mess with a double disk anymore. Go with some kind of triple disk. Kenney's seems to be the hot ticket as far as an affordable tripple disk.

We got the triple in our 2.6 c.r. and it is by far the best clutch out there not to mention great people to deal with I will be getting my tractor clutch from him as well:evil:cool:

i talked to him b4 i got mine for a while. the only thing that kept me from gettin the triple was he said it would need to be rebuilt in 2 years. i want 1 2 last longer than that so i got a dual disk comp clutch. got it used cheap and rebuilt brand new and love it but if everybody else is havin good luck with it go with it. seems like it works well. he just scared me a little.

it would be about the same with a dual disk clutch on the rebuilt time. I ran a 3850 SBC and had to have it rebuilt every winter, but then again i was making around 50-75 hooks on it each season and daily driving it.

thats wat i had....got maybe 20 hooks out of it.

maybe you need to rethink the way you take off. dont ride the clutch so long. just saying. not trying to be a dick

second that i pull the HERO gear and daily drive and it is the best clutch:rockwoot::rockwoot:

I have never had one personally but his shop is only about a 45min drive from my house, and I have been there several times with a friend who has the 10" weighted triple disk in his 2.8 puller. He seems to like them he also as the street dd in his daily driver. Kenny is a great guy and will help ya out on almost anything got me a great deal on my air dog.
