keyless entry

any one know where i can find a write up on adding keyless entry to truck with out it and make the interior lights come on with the keyless button

Not exactly sure on the 2nd Gen's, but alot of Dodge stuff is plug and play. The Keyless module will go behind your instrument cluster, dead center. Pull the appropriate dash panels to get the cluster bezel off, you can put your hand behind the cluster and disconnect the cluster's harness. When you pull it out, youll see a square the size of a deck of cards where the module will plug into. Try to find a unit that has the key fob already programmed.

on second gens it is below the cluster kinda behind the ashtray if its not an option on the truck like mine then you have to replace the dash harness. it aint worth it if you have to work that much
