knock knock

Im new to this forum stuff so help me out plz, my truck just started knocking this morning the problem is the motor was gone thru 2 months ago, seems to have a skip when its put into gear, didnt know if it could be a valve or a seat, oil press is good, temp was norm just out of the blue..krack its a 03 cr Garmon/Suncoast tranny, PPE Xcelerator, Ramifier, Extrude Hone injectors, HTT 66/14 @ 45-50 P.S.I., 4'' turbo back, intake.........ANY ideas before i dig in would be greatly appreciated
