kool-vue mirror warranty

can anyone give me a hookup for em. apparently they have a lifetime warranty and since the htr on the dr side don't work..and the power adj on the pass side don't work when its flipped up

I NEED WARRANTY..AND THEIR WEBSIRTE SUCKS.. when it works it gives you no info at all how to contact them

so far I did talk to their parent company who couldn't do anything for me because I don't have a currant order number...

they transferred me to a warehouse for warranties and it turned out to be a1 auto distributer who knew nothing that they were talking about..

im not happy..my mirrors are chit right now and I cant do chit about it..i wont buy more of the same....ssooooooo

Did you mean 1A Auto? If so they are a site supporting vendor. Their page is in the vendors section.
