Does he still pull the mid west performance truck? havent seen him pull in a few years. Was always a strong puller

Don't know. I know he lost the truck then had it again and back and forth a few times. Unsure these days but I believe he does have to truck again.
 
Yes he is still pulling. I pulled with him this past weekend in Springfield,mo. He was not running his normal truck, he was in a Black dually. He did not run well looked and sounded like he had a tranny problem.
 
Last I saw the black dually it supposedly had a so cal stroker in it.
 
I never knew he owned a dually i always thought he had the white chevy which truck did he lose and why

The white one. Give him a call. Thats kind of his personal biz. And I don't know anything for sure. Just heard through the grapevine is all.
 
Well hope he has better luck with the new truck. Any chance that he might be at schieds?
 
I had heard the black one was the one that was lost. None of this is first hand and is threw the grapvine.

I did see like a 2006 or 2007 black dually that he pulled with in the fall of 2008.
 
does the black dually have a chevy emblem weight box and the passenger side fender cut out with a home brewed scoop on it?

we had a guy in Belvidere IL pull an exebition hook that had Midwest Diesel Performance in the back window of the puller and the tow rig. i thought they said he was from MO.
 
Yes that is Landons truck. He is getting everything worked out it sounds like. A guy tried to pull something on him and took the truck but they got everything worked out the last I heard.
 
He was at the MO state fair on Sunday. Didn't meet him. But someone from his crew. Nice guys.

Do you have the final results from sunday and saturday, I know the top 3 on sunday, but not sure on the rest of the order.

Nope thats all I know as well. Didn't even know distances until you posted them on show-mesmokers.com. I would like to see them as well if you get your paws on them. Curious to see how close 4th place was to 3rd. Cause they only hook I even watched was Troys. So don't know how everyone else even ran visually. At least I picked a damn good one to watch!:woohoo:
 
Also the White truck is being built as a Pro Mod and he still has it as well the last I new. Not sure where all the rumors are from but the 2.8 truck is the Black Dually and White one will be out maybe next year if things go right.

I heard about this bad ass truck he built for a guy in Ga. Wait no it wasn't that badass after all :eek:
