I've had nonstop problems with my injectors. I've had 2 go out and I replaced them with new ones. 1 of the new ones still didn't work. I moved locations, the same one still dead.I tested them by pulling the glow plugs, disconnecting the fuel computer and cranking the motor. the dead injector still sprayed fuel. I want to pull them all out and send them to be cleaned, tested. Any suggestions on who best to send them to ?

I.I. could clean and test them. Other injector companies should be able to do the same.

In my opinion theres only one place to go for injectors on the Duramax.
Dynomite Diesel. You can send them in and they will check them out and advize you on what needs to be done. You can request flow charts with your purchase. Most of the time there is no cleaning of the injectors. When re installing them I highly suggest cleaning your fuel rail completely along with the lines or upgrade to the new stainless steal lines. LB7 injectors are not fun to replace make sure you only have to do it once!!!!

Thanx for the info. I will call them tomorrow. I've gone through this process at least 5 times. I got it down to 2.5 hrs. out and 3.5 hrs. to start-up. I am starting to get tired of it though. Around here no one knows this stuff so you guys are a life saver. I'll update when my truck runs again.
