LB7 programming problems HELP PLEASE

Finally got all my bugs worked out, went to put a ppe on and nope does not work. Its brand new unit lights up great goes to read stock and stops. Tried several different kinds of programmers, triple dog, superchip flashpaq and regular power pup. None of these work. The superchip said verify key is on and all the others just stopped after the screen to read stock file.

What is going on with it. I just put a new cluster in it and all it works fine. I am getting flustered at my truck, its been nothing but a headache so far, get it all worked out and now this.

Take out any radio fuses, tcb asy fuse and tcb ignit fuse !

This will fix me? The tcb fuses? Under the hood panel? Thanks C.A.P

you take them out while tuning. once you are done tuning, replace them.... some electrical components can interfere with the tuning signal and cause it to not work.... just for clarification.
