Is it leaking internally, either into the compresor or exhaust housing, or is it leaking externally like a hose or fitting?

tighten the oil feed line or oil drain line, if you have oil inside the intercooler tube - look for new spinny thingy

I have a little oil inside my housing and on the turbine......that's not supposed to be there?

Not necessarily. The seal isn't hard to change on the compressor side (so I've been told).

I don't know how the turbine side seals on the Holsets, but if it is similar to the S300s, then yes I agree the OP would be better off just replacing it.

if there is oil inside your turbo that isnt supposed to be there, you need a rebuild kit....period. if its on the outside you might just ahave bad oil drain gasket or a loose oil feed line

I don't have any on the outside. If you take off the air intake tube and look inside the turbo there is an oily film all over everything inside though.

Just get it rebuilt or get a new turbo, if your running a stock turbo you can find them cheap..

is it a lot of oil or just little oil stained? Have seen them "slobber" oil when they have a boost leak or blow a boot off.

I think it depends on what your definition of a lot is. Does it have just an oily film over everything? Or does it look like there are oil drops? Maybe some collecting in the bottom?
