i just bought the module from vulcan performance and i'm not quite sure where to hook the return line from the fass system. the return line is hooket to the filler neck now and i have problens with fuel pressure at just below 1/2 tank. the top of the module has two plastic fittings but they look a little small to hold the 3/8 return line. if this is how the return line is hooked up what do i do with the other fitting plug it?? thanks justin

My understanding is they take a fuel canister from a jeep liberty and install a draw straw v.

Yes some fuel needs to be returned into the pickup assembly to keep it "primed" with enough fuel to prevent starvation when the tank gets low. I've never been a fan of rigid hoses picking up straight out of the bottom without the OEM antisiphon/check valve piece. When I installed a Draw Straw I trashed the hard pickup hose and refabricated the original pickup pieces where I was able to retain the check valve float, while upgrading to true 1/2" ID line from the point fuel is drawn up. I used clear flexible poly tubing. I've buried the fuel gauge below E many times and taken 31 gallons at fillup, I've had zero hiccups or fuel starvation symptoms of any kind.

couple of pics, first one I used a copper piece then epoxied the original ends from the plastic pickup piece to it, then popped the red antisiphon check valve puck onto it
