lift pump and injectors

I have a 04.5 cummins with normal bolt ons, 66mm charger built trans ect. I am not holding rail pressure well at higher rpms. I am thinking its time for lift pump and injection pump upgrade. Would a raptor 150 feed enough? and I am running II 30 LPM sticks would a BOP on my pump be enough or should i go with a 33% over pump?

I wouldn't run industrial stuff to much negative feedback.... Bop will not hold rail with 100's 90% of the time. I would look into Motorsport diesel cp3 and a fass 150
