lifted truck pulling?

I'm wanting to lift my truck about 6" and run 37s on the street. Will I be able to occasionally take it to the local truck pull and pul it if I ran 33s at the pull? How much would the lift hinder my pull?
 
The lift will effect your pull quit a bit if your suspension sags alot. If you can make a set of suspensionblocks that would help keep your rear from sagging. I would also get/build a good set of ladder bars too, thats alot of spring to wrap. Also, is it your truck in the sig?
