I am trying to get some answer from you guys that have change lifter, would you recomend to change them through the cam bore or should I drop the oil pan. :bang

No, they are mushroom tappets, so they have to drop out the bottom after the cam is pulled.

Drop the pan if you don't have the tools, if you do have the tools, go fishing. Both ways are a pain.

I would use fishing method ... , because I have original tools and to remove the oil pan is PITA
