I am currently debating on adding injectors. At least 50hp maybe 100hp. I was wondering if anyone modifies cp3. I have an air dog 150 and raptor 150. Also would it help to modify the fuel rail. I don't want to spend the extra $$ on a dual fueler kit, but i will if I have no choice. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
 
If you go with the 50hp you'll be just fine with the pump you have. Modifing the rail is not necessary. If you go with the 100hp to get full effect you'll need to mod the cp3. Dull fueler is not needed for those size injectors.
 
If you only want 50-100 hp then just put a box on it. Stock injectors will get you over 500 rwhp easy. Or are you there already?
 
i'm already there, I'm new to this site so I don't know how to list everything i got. But I got an efi live basically to the max.
 
Then get a second CP3 and be done with it. The modded pumps have highly mixed results.
 
Add the injectors then log your rail pressure to see where to go from there.
 
Also was wondering about engine work. With this next step what should I concentrate on first. Pistons, rods, ..etc?????
 
Going for 600 horse puts you at the wall for everything. As soon as you have the second pump, then you need both pistons and rods.

There is really no way to do it stepwise.
