they make bullet proof bottom ends for high hp. gasoline burning small block builds.
 
exactly! i need one to built a 500" sbo and get rid of that heavy delenquant 455 in my boat
 
there is no such thing for an oldsmobile the only thing better than the 350d block is an olds "NASCAR" block but IF you can find one you are talking 2000 + dollars
 
nope go fast engine F**K chevy's and fords ill stick to my olds any day! i thought about putting a complete 5.7 diesel in it just to be diffrent but i HATE stanadyne pumps!

Where you located,I have 1 i bought for the same thing and have had it for 5 years and still haven't used it,make me an offer.
 
chevy did em to, put them in half tons in the 70's. The maximum towing weight, as defined in the owners manual was 1300lb. <<<WEAK *****S!!!>>>
