Looking for a little more pep

Ive got a 95 3500 rclb that is in need of a little more pep. I use it as a daily driver and it pulls a 4 horse gn with living quaters almost every weekend. I was wondering what kinds of things I could do to get better mileage and wake the ol girl up. It has a cold air on it now and other than that it is completely stock.

A mild set of injectors would help a little...

timing bump to 16

I bumped my timing, took the plate out, 4k GSK, intake, exhaust, and gauges, and it drives like a whole new truck

3gsk springs as well, 5x.012 injectors

fill out your sig, is the truck auto or manual?

if you play with the plate/afc and a slightyl bigger set of injectors is enough to blow a stock auto and melt a stock clutch under full load

Its a friends truck that knows even less than me about trucks. He told me i had free rein of his truck and tha he would buy about anything that i said it needed so i am trying to educate myself to the best of my abilities. its a manual by the way
