looking for doors

i have been looking for a while now and i can not find anyone who sells extended cab front and rear both side door shells. all i can find is one for single cabs. does anyone know a good place to find them?
 
No aftermarket companies made a repop of the extended cab front doors, I looked all over too. The only choice you have is finding them used online or locally. I paid $600 for a pair of rust free Arizona doors, these doors are like gold up here in Michigan.
