Low end white smoke

My 96 5-speed started smoking pretty good when its low in the rpm's after a shift. I drove it 60+ miles to work today and it ran fine no smoke or anything outta the normal. Went to go get my brother his breakfast and it started smoking.:doh: The truck has 313k miles and supposedly had the motor built around 100k miles ago but the charger seems stock and has alot of play. The truck skips when its cold if it revs over 2k rpms but stops once warm.

I pulled the intake off when I got home to see if maybe it was letting oil in the charger but, it looked just like always. Any other ideas on what it could be?

Fuel pressure.. 1st change fuel filter, 2nd check lift pump/psi.. If not that the timing may have slipped?
