Low on boost & fuel

I've got a 12v with a 62mm double batmo charger & for fueling it has a set of 5X0.18 and the pump was benched at 600cc of fuel. Right now stock delivery valves have been put back in the pump and it has a #10 fuel plate in the middle position.

WOT boost is only 42lbs. on the 62mm batmo charger that seems a bit on the low side?

Im thinking the low boost has something to do with the fact that i've been having fueling issues now for 4 months.

Even with 5X0.18 injectors and the pump plate removed or all the way forward the truck doesn't smoke nearly at all!

I wonder if the rack isn't moving? I replaced the little boost reference tube that goes from the cylinder head into the afc and it didn't change anything. Wide open throttle or just lugging the motor renders no smoke! I've seen stock VP44 trucks with no electronics smoke about the same as this truck!
 
If the rack wasnt moving at all, it wouldnt have any throttle. Maybe the AFC diaphragm has a tear? Buddies truck was doing the same thing, wouldnt fuel at all until we took the AFC arm out, turned out to be a leak.
 
Remove afc, remove afc arm, reinstall afc, go for drive and wot. If you find all your smoke and more boost you have an afc issue.
