Ceramic disk, 13", used about 8,000 mile. Held good enough to snap a stock input. Has life left. Flywheel included , also machined the flywheel to install a valair /southbend roller bearing instead of the needle bearing pilot. Throwout bearing included $300 plus shipping. I would be still running it but upgraded to 1 ⅜.
