Machine Shop in Central Texas???

The engine dropped the valve Saturday night and scorred the cylinder wall. I am looking into a total rebuild so I would like to know if anybody here in central Texas knows of a machine shop that could perform the machining of the block? I would like to deal with somebody that has experience machining these blocks.
