Those jet engine are Rolls Royce 200 series . I use to rebuild them for our companie, LORTIE AVIATION http://www.lortieaviation.com/ They are Hawker Hunter engines .
We use those aircraft for combat training with US NAVY and French NAVY

Cool little unit. How many stages? Just worked on a GE frame 7, which is a bit bigger than that one.

Are you doing 14mm head studs as well?

15 stages, 2 turbine stages and 10600 lbs of trust, no afterburner. Not bad for a 1960 design !

And no, already have 12mm head studs but I wonder if I should do it ?

Man, I wish I could afford one of those mag drills. SWEET. And I never thought to use a drill press to hold a tap straight and use a wrench to turn it. Great idea. Thanks!

Yea I first glanced at the pics and was thinking that is great, but how are you gonna tap it straight? Then I looked at them closer. Cool!
