Major Squeak!

Iv'e got a loud squeek comming from the right front wheel. It only sounds when turning right or left. Nothing going straight. Recently fixed a squeak in the front by doing a brake job but it was not near as loud. Any thoughts? thanks:bang
 
Does it go away when the brakes are applied? 4wd engaged?
