I have a buddy w/ an '06 model and has done a decent setup on his truck and wanted me to throw this out on the forum to see what people's comments and suggestions were. He simply wants to take what he has and maximize the setup before buying anything else. Here is what he is running:

Stage II Boost Cooler water/meth injection
Walbro in-tank lift pump
Goerend Bros. VB, TC, and input shaft w DD trans pan
