The date is set for the 1st annual Southern Ky Pulling Parts (SKPP) Diesel event.

Will be held at the Temple Hill Fair Grounds in Barren Co. Ky. Located about 10miles southeast of Glasgow, Ky on HW63.

This is an all day event with a dyno, vendors alley, and sled pull.

Pulling Classes:

2.5 street diesel
2.8 Super Street
Open Diesel Trucks
Hot Farm Tractors
Light Limited Super Stock Tractors

Thought Tucky was goin 2.6 with the rest of the world?

There are a hand full of sanctioning bodies here in KY. NKTPA has chosen to go with 2.6 and is pretty much the same rules as NADM (just a heavier class here and a mandatory kill switch of some kind on ALL trucks). KOTTPA is staying with 2.5 as is Wide Open. There is supposed to be another organization starting up this coming year and they will be going with 2.6 class very much like NKTPA and NADM as well. NKTPA and this new group will have pulls mostly in Northern Ky and S. OH. as I understand it. KOTTPA is mostly in the western part of KY.
